Jalan Raya will on the 11/10/08 which falls on the 2nd week of Hari raya; Saturday.
We'll be having either one or 2 pickup.
I just need your attendance so we wont waste cash on the transport as we'll provide it for you.

Befirenders

Ohk, I'm back (amsyar) This are some pictures took in an event called
Befrienders.

In this picture. Ramzan is reciting some surah. As you can see; we make it in such a way its fun and entertaining for the kids. Also to engage them to recite together and also to understand what the meaning is.

At times, we also present with ghost Stories which i can say; the kids do get scared of our weird and ghostly story

Every night after 8rakaat; this is what happen if we never open the door. hehe..

During ramadhan, DSY will have our own "Ramadhan XtraVaGanZa". We're here to guide children/teenagers, ohk not guide but to share our fun to them brought to you by DSY.

Games, performance, ghost shows from us; to you; to enjoy. Ramadhan may be tiring after a long day of puasa, but we're here to build the spirit UP.

Come and be at the darussalam mosque after 8 rakaat in the auditorium. Don't worry. We're there :))

Lets talk about Past events since me, Amsyar the geek got nothing to do well, here goes.

Actually alot to put, but why not I summarize camp event which held at Changi.

Not our event la, but we help out in collaboration with Mujahidin mosque. Its really a fun event as eventhough we just HELP out, we learn ALOT and not only gain EXPERIENCE but also CONFIDENT and make more friends from the different mosque.

Some past events that I can't elaborate in detailed form. Darussalam youth (DSY) have gone a long way and I can say, we've strive hard to be better and also
to excel in a common goal. Darussalam Youth Gang (DYG) first performance

Our 2nd performance at Al-Alsar mosque
Third performance in an open public thingy.

We held bonding grouping plus getting to know each other
more be it from darussalam or the outside people

Having BBQ once in awhile to make our 'ukhwah' more stronger is important

To keep fit, we attend sports events such as the recent MYSPEC and
challenge different mosque to be the top
We tried different styles and learn something new. Kompang is not our cup of coffee but we did manage to learn something from the elderly.
